Head Coach Dabo Swinney spoke to Tim Bourret (SID) last evening and said he had talked with Kyle Parker and that Kyle informed him of his decision.   Kyle Parker wished to make the announcement himself and will make a statement through Tim Bourret sometime on Wednesday.
